What is ioffer and why are things so cheap
Again you all that are complaining, that helped get the site shut down, are ridiculous. If you made an offer. The seller wouldn't respond-therefore, fake seller. That easy. And again. If you bought fake items-if it's too good to be true, it is.
So it's your fault and no one else but your own. I Never received the purchased item, and could never get a response to my many emails. After the 80th day I stopped corresponding with them because they refused to respond to my many email requests.
I caution anyone shopping at this website. It's a total scam. Get buying tips about Deal Websites delivered to your inbox. Thank you, you have successfully subscribed to our newsletter! Enjoy reading our tips and recommendations. This is a scam site now operating under a new name 2ioffer.
Early Feb I discovered about this site on Youtube from Youtubers showing off the luxury products they received for less. It's May now. I still havent received my orders. I checked on tracking numbers. They don't exist. Sellers have left the site and the site itself was no help. They take no responsibility of the transaction and are taking the entire profit from the opportunity.
These are all scammers should be banned. They have a system that allows the vendors to get away with fraud and they help to cover it up too. I wish there was some way to get my money back and hold the founder responsible. I plan to take legal action. If you are looking for quality designer replica bags such as Louis Vuitton, avoid shopping at ioffer!
Believe me, you will get what you paid for. It's very cheap in cost because it is cheap, made of very cheap smelly material. I had purchased several LV items from 2 different sellers on that site and both bags were very disappointing. All the photos you see on that site is fake, taken from other websites. Once I got my bags it looked nothing like the photos on their ads. Save your money and buy the real deal. I am through with trying to buy a fake bag that looks real its too much hassle for me!
I thad a very nice and excellent experience buying from a lovely seller. The bags look so real, the leather is so real with new leather smell. Excellent quality. Seller is so fast in answering my questions since it was my first time to buy from ioffer.
But it didn't disappoint me. Just look on the feedbacks of the seller. And please don't bargain anymore since their price is already so cheap.
That might put off the seller. If you want to ask the name of the seller, just place a note on my feedback. I will definitely buy some more items from ioffer. I have ordered about 20 items-some were not good some were good-I did get scammed once-don't pay with PayPal-there is no way to cancel payment if you see that the seller is a scammer. Look at the reviews and see if the sellers items have good reviews-I made the mistake of ordering two items from the scammers-order one item and see if they are legit first don't order many items at once.
Came quick within 2 weeks and is good quality they don't pack the items with any protection so they could get damaged. This is just my opinion only.
I ordered the Barbara Eden cd, The price was right and it is a hard album to find. I don't know where these guys are coming from but it's not worth it to me. I don't pay more than a regular price for a disc. I'm not rich but I do like music. I love the music from the 20's thru the 70's. My price range, so I ordered it. Two days later It showed up in my mail box. Very quick service. I opened the package and found the case was broken. It did protect the cd and you don't play the case. I can over look that part of it.
Now, this is the part I'm disappointed in. I downloaded it on my computer and found that it doesn't down load the titles. It is all Track 1, 2, 3 and so on.
The order of the songs on the cd is all mixed up also. They don't follow the order what's on the little pamphlet that came with it. Now I have no titles and their not in order so I have know way of knowing where the songs are. You can't even write in your own titles or at least I can't. With all that said, I do have to give out points and say that the sound is pretty good.
At least I have the cd with her picture on the cover. There is a larger fold out photo of her there too. The next question is,'Would I order from them again'. I probably would. I would like to thank 'The Music Box' guy for sending it to me.
I have to write him a thank you note and mail it to him because I can't find any email address for him. He does have a return address on the package that the cd came in. This is my story and I'm sticking to it as the old song goes. The tracking isn't fake, it is just that since the package is overseas, and hasn't made it to the U.
I ordered a pair of Jordan 4's, and the tracking number has moved significantly. My seller is Tibella and he responds to all texts. Im surprised to read that so many people on here have been screwed over on ioffer.
All my expereinces have been good. I order all my runners from ioffer as the prices are so cheap compared to the shops althought they are knock offs, they are still good quality and look very much like the real deal. It is free to set up your store; it is free to list items in your store; all listing photos are free; and you can create a gallery slide show free of charge.
However, iOffer charges for premium listing, where your listed item will be enhanced in search results for 30 days. There are three premium listing services — boldfaced, outlined, and featured. However, iOffer does not bug you incessantly for payments. This is a relatively long window.
It should be noted that all payments Final Value Fees and premium listing fees to iOffer are final and nonrefundable. Thus, any request must be submitted before paying your account balance. Sometimes, when an order is placed with you accepting an offer that a customer makes, the customer may end up not paying and becomes a Non-Paying Buyer. In our opinion, having to file Non-Paying Buyer form is an unnecessary headache for Sellers that can be prevented if iOffer operates in a way that it knows what buyers actually makes payment.
The first thing to consider in online shopping platforms is the user experience. The products are neatly arranged in categories, making it relatively easy to find and place an order. In fact, one draw of buying from iOffer is the low prices of items listed in the platform. If payment is not made within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled for non-payment. However, the payment options that will be available to you are those allowed by the particular Seller. It is the preferred choice of many customers, and for good reason, as it is a secure payment method that is renowned for its buyer protection.
When making online purchases, shipping is an important consideration. However, most often than not, they make for good reading. For example, domestic US orders will take about 14 days from date of order placement to be delivered; while overseas orders may take 21 — 35 days. This suggests that order processing is 3 — 5 days. Also, shipping costs vary depending on the particular Seller.
Thus, stores that allow returns are appealing. However, iOffer is simply a marketplace that is not involved in the purchase in any way. Thus, it cannot refund or exchange products. Independent Sellers manage their products, shipping, and returns. As mentioned earlier, iOffer does not even receive payments for purchases.
In the buyer friendly marketplaces, the marketplace receives payment for purchases; and it is only when the buyer confirms delivery of the order and satisfaction with it or when a reasonable time has passed from the order shipment date and the customer does not file a complaint that the payment is released to the Seller.
In such marketplaces, the Sellers who want to receive their money will more readily move to work out a resolution with the customer. However, in iOffer, buyers pay directly to the Sellers. So if you have issues and will want refunds or a product exchange, the platform can do nothing to help. In truth, that is all it can do — alert the Seller. It should be said that there is no company or platform that is immune to complaints.
However, the ideal destinations will not be swimming in an ocean of complaints; rather, complaints would be drowned by positive reviews. Unfortunately, this is not the case with iOffer. Just about anything that can be imagined is posted on Etsy for you to purchase. The possibilities are endless for anyone who likes to fiddle with arts and crafts.
If you need something personalized to perfect, shop Etsy. Backpage must be added to sites like iOffer. This site lets you find whatever you need in your local area.
If you need to have an item fast, searching your own neighbourhood is the best way to go. There are millions of users on Backpage that each have their own style of items listed.
