Where is sgv bicycles located
The second charge lead to me getting an overdraft fee from my bank! I called the owner and explained that I was charged twice for the same transaction in an effort to resolve the problem. Right off the bat he was extremely rude and told me that I must have ordered two sets of wheels instead of one. But I explained that I only ordered one set and gave him the invoice number to prove it. He then continue his rudeness and claimed that his automated system is never wrong and it must be my fault!
He claims that I tried to order the same set of wheels more three times, so there were three orders in my name. However this makes no send what so ever as I only received an email receipt for one of these orders and was charged for two the same order twice! He showers absolutely no remorse for this mistake and infact actually never ended up admitting fault for this error, which cost me 25 dollars in bank fees and I was charged twice for the same order leaving me short of dollars in my account that I could use for about a week!
Absolutely horrible experience, the product was decent but the customer service was absolutely appalling, they should be very ashamed of how they treat their customers. They must experience this problem a lot to because as soon as I called he jumped down my throat about how his automated service never makes mistakes and that it must have been my fault and was extremely rude!
Basically No appreciation for customers at all. No respect for customers, and low quality products. Worst buying experience ever, one of the rudest companies I have ever came across. And I do a lot of online shopping.

Saw their competitive prices and even had color and parts options other online stores did not offer. Decided to drive out to SGV since it wasnt very far. The minute we walked in we were made to feel very welcome. Zoe and Henry were both extremely nice and knowledgeable.
They never once tried to pressure me into a more expensive build to make money or anything like that. I told them what I was looking for, they gave me honest opinions and advice and made it happen. Its a small storefront but they have a large warehouse in the back and have everything they stock on hand, which is a huge plus. Theres no waiting for days or weeks for parts to come in.
I walked out with a complete bike in an hour at a great price in the downtime, Zoe even pointed out some local food places in the area. My friend, who has been to nearly all the bike shops in our local area was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and service at SGV. We both plan to come back for our bike needs in the future.
Golf Twang. I ordered a Aventon Cordoba for what a thought was a bargain price, however when it got here things went downhill. The box was for a different bike, which scared me at first but opon opening it I realized they just put my bike in anothers.
There was a hole on one side of the box that caused minor damage to my fork but I didnt worry about it to much. Once I was going to assemble my bike I realized there was no front brake in the box, so I emailed the company. They did email me fast however did not help me whatsoever with my issue. I explained the issue to them and showed them proof of my invoices but they refused to help me because apparently if it says its included, then it absolutely was and If it wasnt then they are not going to believe you.
I could care less about the minor damage I did not inform them about it cause I did not want to return the whole bike, I just wanted my front brake but the fact that they didnt even try to hell me really pisses me off.

SGV manages to be a refreshing change in the pricey, elitist, and often patronizing world that often is independent bike shops.
Their prices are amazing, in fact I was able to buy a bike from SGV for less than I could buy off Amazon, and in fact, SGV had the best price for this particular bike anywhere online, including the manufacturer.
